Ca'n Butxaca is currently run by the third generation of the family dedicated to artisan ice cream, being a benchmark in Pollensa and the entire north of Mallorca.
All our ice creams are made in an artisanal way in our facilities, paying special attention to the selection of ingredients, mainly of local origin, and to the manufacturing processes. Throughout the preparation process, the ingredients are treated in their natural form, without preservatives or dyes, to guarantee the best, fresh and natural flavor.
The traditional manufacturing process, handed down from generation to generation, together with the quality of the ingredients, allow us to obtain a unique ice cream due to its texture and flavor.
